DSR The Address Master Plan

The Address is planned for space, sunlight and air: every tower and open space is placed for natural light and airflow, on a Vastu-aligned plan. An approach road and an arrival court lead through an entry arch with a security cabin to drives, walkways and a cycle track, building courtyards with stepped planting, and the clubhouse, whose drop-off has a sculpture and a water feature. Around them lie a main pool and a kids’ pool on a deck with loungers, tennis and basketball courts, golf putting, an outdoor gym, a skate park, a pet park, an amphitheatre with a stage, a campfire area with sunken seating, a work-from-home zone with Wi-Fi and an elders’ seating court beside a water body.
